Shopsite button on order page

We are using shopsite 4.3 Pro and just installed a new store. We have 4
others running. On this one when you go to the order page a logo for
shopsite shows up with a prompt to click on it to set up a store. Does
anyone know how to get rid of that?

Sounds like your new store is a 'Lite' store (or at least the shopping cart
thinks its a Lite store) rather than a Pro store. These ads appear so the
reseller can get leads from stores that are given away for little or no
charge to merchants.

If it's supposed to be a Pro store rather than a Lite store, and the
backoffice for the store says it is Pro, then you should check that the
[storeid].auth file in the shopping cart cgi directory is pointing to the
correct file of the same name in the store's data directory.

If both the backoffice and the shopping cart are Lite, then you have a Lite
auth file and need to contact your ShopSite reseller to get them to fix it.
