The folks at my ISP (Bizland.com) are having difficulty solving my
problem. Thought I would throw it out to the peanut gallery to see if
someone has experienced the same problem.
I've set up my ShopSite Pro store and am in the middle of testing credit
card transactions. When I click on my SUBMIT ORDER button, a notice
displays in my browser and it reads "error: your zip code or credit
card information is not correct. please go back and correctly fill out
the form." needless to say, i've entered in a valid credit card and
have filled in every field possible on the order form. but to no
avail. the error message continues to display.
I received an email the other day that I had successfully registered for
the VeriSign PayFlow product. I wanted to submit TEST credit card
orders before going live. So, I checked my VERISIGN payment services
setting to make sure it is calling the correct TEST mode server to
submit TEST credit card transactions. I called VeriSign and they were
able to re-create the problem by going to my website. But they were not
able to offer me any solutions. Great. They told me to call my ISP.
It's been one week and no solutions from my ISP. They continue to tell
me that they are "working on it" but I don't know if this is a
legitimate response. I have a feeling they don't know squat about
ShopSite and its integration with VeriSign. Their incompetence is going
to lose me money and I am at the verge of finding (yet again) another
ISP.
Has anyone experienced this error?
