Minimum order fee

Is there any way to do this in ShopSite 5.0.1? We need to introduce an
order minimum of $100 OR a small order fee of $9 to our site. Some of
our small orders just are not profitable and we need to change this. Any
thoughts on how this could be accomplished?

What a novel idea?
We too are experiencing similar problems and would love to have a minimum
order amount. These orders for 5$ are 'almost' a waste of time. If enough
replies are posted, who knows, it might be included in the next release. So
all I can say guys is REPLY, REPLY, REPLY
