Database locking

Jake,

Yep, our problem started Thursday night. VeriSign can be VeriBad about
helping in these situations--often not admitting problems. Did they suggest
anything else about why we should upgrade? Has ShopSite responded to this in
any way?

I know of at least one other ShopSite user who is experiencing similar
problems, that started on Thursday pm. My store has been down since then,
and I am still waiting (and waiting) for help from HostPro, our ShopSite
provider. I will probably have to contact ShopSite directly Monday, and can
only hope they can help identify/resolve our problems.
