How to Save Screen Receipt?

I have a customer who would like to save his screen receipt to his hard
drive. Can this be done? How?

This customer insists that many online retailers have this feature.

well, the email is basically a copy of the screen receipt, but cutting and
pasting the info into a text file will work, as well as using the
File->Save As... menu option of whatever bwoser he is using and saving the
file to his machine as text or html would also work.
