Is there any way to set the page margins to "0" within shopsite (like
you would in the <body> tag)? I want my header and footer to span the
entire page without the gap on the sides. Thanks.

I have been trying this for a while without any luck....

You can set up the pages any way you like with a Custom Page Template. Within
ShopSite you will have limited options in the default page template for page
width etc (there is a pull-down in Edit Page Layout), but if you go with any
of the other themes or templates the nested tables etc will probably not give
you a 100% page width.
