Order Page Changes Help

Can anyone direct me on how to change a certain custom menu item on our
order pages. There's custom buttons at the top that I want to update. I
just don't know where the file is for the order page or what it is
called. Is it a .html file?

Your custom header/navbar buttons on the order screen are coming from
HTML entered in ShopSite's Commerce Setup -> Order System screen in the
field "Text at the top of the Shopping Cart screen". You can make your
modifications there.
