Search Problem

This has been troubling me for a while. When using the search some
items display only their title and no other information and cause the
search page to hang. It is only on occasional items and I can't find
any consistenc to why this would happen as the products appear to be set
up the same as ones that do work

eg.
www.pricepoint.com
search for "Garneau" and the last item will exemplify my problem. Any
help is appreciated. Thanks

What version of ShopSite are you using? What operating system is the
server running? And what settings do you have in Preferences -> Search
Settings? And have you tried a full regenerate from Utilities ->
Publish?

We are using Pro 5.0.1 (although our host has upgraded it periodically). we
are rinning on a Linux OS and I have tried regenerating but that doesn't seem
to help. I should also mention that this has happened both before and after
our upgrades. It is very strange because two products can have the exact same
info and layout and only one of them will have a problem. That leads me to
believe it is not a product problem. As for the search settings they are on
the name, description, and SKU.
