My ISP says I can't use the Order API

My ISP, Bizland.com says that they can't enable the Order API feature, here
is their statement:

"Our engineers have investigated the issue at hand. Customers do not have
access to upload the files in the
/usr/local/Shopsite/ss6.1/sbrc/bizland/sc/filename path. You can only upload
files to your home directory. Unfortuneatly at this time we do not support
custom API for shopsite for compatability and security issues. Hopefully in
the future we maybe able to accomadate and be able to support it."

They are using verstion 6.1...IS THIS TRUE?

There has to be a way to enable this feature for hosting environments
right????

Whether or not the ISP allows you access to that directory or will put
your custom cgi in that directory is completely up to them. Bizland
probably does not allow that because that area is a shared area, not
specific to an individual account.
