Corrupted Store Generation after DB upload?

We have a consistent problem where after you database upload a few new
products/pages and/or update existing products/pages the following sequence
occurs:
"Partial reindex of your store" - shows all products added normally but when
it Indexes page and adds products to the page, it does this for
products/pages that were never included in the upload. (it's always the same
few additional products all the time, every time you add/change
products/pages).
Same situation at "Generating Page" section - adds product to pages that
were never changed.
This is consistently the same few products/pages. It's as if the flag for
these few products/pages never gets updated so the system always thinks that
these products/pages need to be regenerated. Global regen does not fix this
problem. Any suggestions guys?
