Download orders file

I've noticed that the orders that I download from Shopsite 5 Pro (and
other versions as well) don't have the orders in strict numerical order
- for example the order might be 1001 1003 1002 1004 1005 1006 1008
1007 etc.

Of course the dates/times subsequently don't match up either. These are
not orders that are mere seconds apart - sometimes the out of sync
orders are days off (eg 1-3 days - never more, usually).

Why is this, and is there any way to fix it??

Most spreadsheets will allow you to sort on a particular field. Just have
yours sort on the order number.
