This is because the Mac browser is probably more stingy on cookie security
than the PC browser you were using.
Basically, the problem is caused because your order buttons (at least the ones
on this page) are going to
www.pearlstogo.com while the setting in your
backoffice (Preferences -> Hosting Service) for the Shopping Cart CGI URL is
set to go to just pearlstogo.com. As far as the browser is concerned (like I
said, some are more stingy than others) these could be two separate servers so
it is not going to allow the order.cgi at the second URL to read the cookie
that was set at the first URL.
To solve this problem, change the Shopping Cart CGI URL in the backoffice to
go to the
www.pearlstogo.com domain. Make sure all your order buttons are
standardized to this as well (may be some on other pages that are different, I
didn't look through your whole site).

Hi group,
I just discovered that my web shop cart Manager 5.0, when the client has a
pc instead of a mac, the cart is not working:
You can test it here. It is the same for any product ordered.
http://pearlstogo.com/details/d_rings/d_ring_hand.htmlPlace an order and the cart remains empty. I have no idea how long it has
been like that because I have a Mac and thought it was working fine. The
last time I tested was a few months ago!
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
