Customize Message per Product on Cart page?

Hi,

Any way I can add a brief note about a product on the cart page and, also,
have it show on the invoice that gets emailed to the customer? For example,
I want on record that a particular item is non-refundable and there are no
exchanges. So, I want "NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES" to appear right below the
product name order the shopping cart pages as well as on the invoice that
gets emailed to the customer.
