Any advice from any one about using ShopSite when some customers are tax
exempt? Where are folks capturing the Tax ID number?

Are you using Tax by Zip? If so, you can ask the tax exempt entities to
send you their tax exemption documents along with the exact Zip+4 they
will be using for the shipping address on their orders prior to
ordering. Then you can set up a Tax Exempt tax zone and add these
Zip+4's to it. Since ShopSite's tax-by-zip feature will use the most
precise match available in the tax tables, their Zip+4 that they enter
when placing an order will match this zone prior to matching the zip
code in the zone where it would normally be found.
