I want store access

I would like to access the store so I may have a complete backup. Is it
possible to use Dreamweaver, CuteFTP or a third party tool like that?

I did find a cgi generated text file, but that does me little or no good. I
want an exact mirror on my hard drive.

If your host provides such access to all the required directories, you
can use FTP to get the files for your store.

The tab delimited files that can be downloaded for pages and products
contain all information to regenerate your store. If you are using
custom templates you would also need a copy of those templates. Orders
can be downloaded as a text file also to keep for a permanent record.

FTP access is up to your hosting provider that hosts your ShopSite
store, please contact them for FTP/backup information.
