Anybody here?

Or is everybody hiding from the Easter bunny (scary fluffy animal with hughe
ears that is)...

I am on standby concerning the CR issues that I have posted...

The newsgroup is for user to user interaction and is not a direct method
of contacting ShopSite support. Although a number of ShopSite employees
monitor the group and respond from time to time it is not part of our
regular work assignments. We answer questions either on our own time
after work or occassionally, if things are slow at work, we may read and
respond during the day.

Normal support issues are handled by the hosting partner where your
store is hosted or if your host doesn't offer support you can purchase
single insident or annual support from:

Hi Jim,

this forum (and the people from shopsite who are roaming it) is one of the
BIG advantages of shopsite against each other online shopping system that I
know.

I know that this is not a direct support line, but on the other hand, we
also do not need much support as long as the features that are contained in
the program work the way they are supposed to do. I do not mind to do some
extra testing and reporting as long as I am getting a reaction. My "bunny
post" was only to check if my posts were read or if they have been lost. Was
a bit quiet here the last days. Maybe also due to the server outage on
Wednesday.
