Has anyone experience duplicate orders when utilizing the confirmation page
before customer checkout (finalize order).

Hi Alvin,

we have this feature online since a week now. No duplicates at all until
today. The confirmation page seems to help the users, as we are having fewer
cc with wrong expiry date (we do manual cc processing).
