Richard,
The tag that puts out the Zipcode, Tax, Shipping, Country fields is a
single tag [-- SC_Tax_Shipping --]. Those fields really have no direct
relation to the items in the total other than they help to compute
those values. There is currently no way to rearrange the fields within
that group. You can however, place them elsewhere on the cart screen so
they don't appear so close to the totals' labels. The totals section
can also be move if desired since it is generated by a single tag also.
Other things that you can customize in the shopping cart in version 7
include add a "Delete" button by the product, rearrange the product
information in the table, leave some items out of the table i.e. name or
sku, use javascript to access values on the screen and much more.
Again the shopping cart customization is in Pro stores and that have the
version 7 features enabled.

respective order, yet on the right the value fields are reversed. It's a
small thing but customers have pointed this out to us. We can't see a way to
change this order in the setup. We are V7.0.3 but V7 features are not turned
on yet.
