Payment processing problem

We are getting a periodic error, as follows:

Payment Processing Error

Your Order was not processed

There was a problem processing your credit card information. Please verify that the following were entered correctly:

Zip Code
Card Number
Expiration Date

If you repeatedly see this message, complete your order by contacting the merchant directly.

We use Authorize.net and have checked with them and when our customers get the above message, nothing is being sent to Authorize.net so it doesn't show up on their site at all.

That is the generic error message displayed when ever a card is
rejected. Under Commerce Setup > Payment > Autorize.Net > Configure
Processor check the box for Display Error Details. You will then get
more information as to why the card was rejected.
