ShopSite and Transact

Hi!

Now that ShopSite, Inc. has bought back the ShopSite application from
OpenMarket, what do you guys think will happen with Transact - since
Transact is an OpenMarket product? What is the future of ShopSite TX?

Open Market continues to support and sell Transact, although they moved
the development and support groups for it to their Amsterdam offices. The
move was only natural since they currently sell more Transact in Europe
than in the US.

The future of ShopSite TX should run parallel to the future of Transact,
even though they are owned by separate companies now. ShopSite Inc assumed
escalation support for the ShopSite side of thing for Open Market's
ShopSite TX partners with valid Maintenance and Support contracts.
