Old Download Dameon Problem and upgrading.

HI,

I'm currently running ShopSite® SC Manager 4.3 and have the old Download
problem with Netzip Daemon / Netscape SmartDownload. When I searched the
knowledge database, it gives instructions, but no link to the updated
order.cgi file.

How can i fix this?

Also, how can I go about upgrading to the newest version. I was originally
hosted with vservers and now they were sold to Interland. My old vservers
account was an Vserver Ultra, which I believe is on Unix.

You can get the patch from the shopsite.com anonymous ftp site. You will need
at least ftp access to your server in order to install the patch.

As fasr as upgrades and technical support go, if you are no longer with a
partner who will support you, you can either move to one how is (I am sure a
lot of people on this newsgroup can recommend good ones), or purchase direct
support and upgrades from ShopSite, Inc.
