Please help with Custom Shipping Add-on API.

Hello,

I am using Shopsite Pro 6.3

I need a script to use with the Custom Shipping Add-on API that will add an
additional $5.00 charge for orders from Alaska & Hawaii. Does anyone know
where I might find any example scripts I could learn from & modify to use
with on web site?
