Hi -
I'd like to change the password for my store, but when I try it, I'm getting
a message: "The old passwords didn't match!"
I read in the knowledgebase that, most likely, the password was changed
through some other means - not through the Shopsite interface. I imagine
that this could be true, given that I've had a good deal of work done by
others on my store.
How can I find out what my current password is and how can I change it?
Luckily, I've been able to access my store because the password has been
saved in my Windows log-on. (Of course, this would mean that I must have
had the correct password somewhere along the line, but what can I say...the
password that I think should work is not working.)
