Coupons and Combo Discounts

Is there any way to use coupons to offer a discount if two items are
purchased together?

(Ie. "Save $10 when you buy item A and item B together")

Not exactly. You can specify that they must purchase 2 items from a
list, but there is nothing that would prevent them from ordering the
same 2 items instead of one of each.

You could however create a combined product that includes both and then
have a coupon that can be applied when they choose that combined
product. (Or you could just give the combined product a cheeper price.
