label creation integration

Is there any way to integrate with our UPS program to create our own
shipping labels? Please note that we do NOT want to have UPS calculate the
shipping for us - we just need to have the label created as an order comes
in (or the option to "click here" and have it generated).

Anyone know if this is possible at this time?
