improper display on IE

Any input on what we are doing wrong with this template would be greatly
appreciated.

It's hard to say when there is no reference to what it is supposed to look
like and no idea of what the template code looks like.

Sorry Loren,

I'm so frustrated that my brain is in lock-down.

Here is the template. The problem is that the middle table on this page is
displaying as a strip and we are trying for a width of 400

Your custom template isn't complete. There is no <html> </html> in it
and there may be other things missing also (head, body etc). Run the
generated code through an html checker like the one at
http://validator.w3.org/ It will give you errors where things are
missing or incorrectly formatted so you can fix them up.
