Products and Pages Upload

Hello Shopsite,

We have purchased Barneys (Stoneedge) Product manager software. I have
downloaded all products and pages fine but I am a little worried when I
re-upload the
data all the products and pages may get duplicated or some kind of
corruption.

Will shopsite stop any page and product duplication automatically?

Does anybody have any experience of the best way to use this software?

If we do a backup through the store can we easily go back and restore the
data?
