I just placed a test order on your store (sorry) and didn't see a
problem with the email receipt. The subject is "Switch Hits Receipt
Order 1017550" and then within the email it says "Order 1017550".

That is NOT a ShopSite receipt, I am guessing that it is being sent by
your credit card gateway.

Jimmy -
That receipt looks like it came from Authorize.Net. If the
transaction
originated with or was captured by the Order Manager, it should have
included the Order Manager's order number in the Invoice field. We
now use
Authorize.Net here for our processing, and that's what we see there
in our
orders, although we do not have Authorize.Net send email messages to
our
customers (there's a limit to how many email messages you should
send to a
customer about one order.)
We cannot use the ShopSite order number for that because POS and
manual
orders in the Order Manager do not have ShopSite order numbers.
Hope that helps.
