Shipping by weight no updated with change in quantity

Using ShopSite Mgr v 6.0.3.
Have simple shipping by weight configured.
When quantity of a product is changed, the appropriate shipping charge
associated with the change of quantity is not updated to the correct
amount. It gets changed to zero (0.0) even though the weight falls
within the From-To range supplied in the shiping configuration. Are the
additional changes needed, besides having the customer "recalculate"?

Try making your shipping ranges a little more specific. For example,
instead of 0 to 9.9 an 10.0 to 19.9 as ranges, try 0 to 9.999 and 10.0
to 19.999. The extra resolution past the decimal point could help.
