Download problem

On February 18 I asked if anyone could help me with a download problem
with my product database.
When you go to 'Database Download' and choose 'Proceed' it goes to the
'dbextract.cgi' and shows a progress bar before going to the choose
browser or
server screen. This works fine with the pages but stalls at about 90%
on
products never reaching the next screen.

I have not resolved this problem yet. I have had Barney Stone try as I
would like to use his software but he was also not able to download my
products. I hope that someone has an idea for me to try. Store works
well except for this.
