Help with Check out!

Hi
We have pro version 5.0.1.6..
Among other problems right now we have a biggie, I hope someone can help

In check out, on the thank you screen.. the user gets this message(below), and we don't
get a email telling us there is a order, however the customer still gets a copy of receipt

please help!

Could you warn your merchant that you didn't receive your receipt via email?

Al,

You should probably contact your web hosting provider about this, this is
most likely a server issue, either with your email account or with the
sendmail configuration. They should be able to try to send an email via
sendmail from the
command prompt on the server which should help them determine why your email
address is not working from the server.
