HTML Editor not responding

Hi in the shopsite back office, editing a page I am able to see the [ editor ] link when I turn on the HTML Editor feature but the HTML editor does not load. There are no errors listed.
So I worked out it was due to an incorrect Secure Images URL under Preferences > Hosting Service. I unchecked the box and the editor works again.
But my question is what should the correct URL be? It is currently https://secure.bluehost.com/~outdopb2/shopsite-images as my host is Bluehost.
Or should I just leave this checkbox option unchecked?

It would be best to get the proper ShopSite Images secure URL: configured. If that is not correct and you uncheck to use the option, then any images on the Checkout or Thank You screen which are secure will display a warning message to shoppers that there is non-secure content on the page.

The "ShopSite Images secure URL:" should be pointing to the same location as the "ShopSite Images URL:" a little lower on the page, but should be the secure url. I do see an image at https://secure.bluehost.com/~outdopb2/shopsite-images/en-US/update.gif so that appears to be a valid URL reference.

I don't know what locale you have configured but since your domain has a .au extension I also checked the en-AU location and that also displays an image.

The default tool bar for the Basic html editor is found at https://secure.bluehost.com/~outdopb2/shopsite-images/en-US/html_editor/toolbars/Basic.js .

So check and make sure that the ShopSite Images secure URL: and the ShopSite Images URL: are both correct.
