Product Export Empty

Each time I try exporting my client's list of products in ShopSite > Utilities > ShopSite Database > Database Download, all that is downloaded is a file called products.txt which contains only the names of the product fields, but no further data.

Also, the database status is "Bad"

The store was recently upgraded to Shopsite 11. Can anyone provide some tips on fixing this?

All the appropriate database fields should be added to the database by an upgrade. If the database is reporting missing fields you need to contact who ever did the upgrade and have them look into the issue.

As far as the download goes, that could be caused by the database being bad. It could also be that someone has selected to just download selected fields instead of all the fields. Go to Utilities > Database > Download > Select the type of data you are trying to download and click the Download button. On the screen that displays there is a section Download fields with several option in it. Which radio button is selected? If the radio button for Selected fields only is checked clicking on the Select button will show you which fields will be in the download file. Either select the additional fields you need or go back and click on the "All Fields" radio button to get all of the fields in the download file.
