Marketing Message

Is there a way to add a marketing message globally, ie. "Free shipping" "Free gift with purchase"? I would like this to appear on all pages, including more info pages.

Depends on what template you are using. You could add it in the page header or footer fields...
or use Text A or Text B under "ShopSite > Preferences > Layout Settings"
