Customer Upload / Missing Data

We have transferred our store to a new hosting company. Anyways I had my old registered customer database saved as version 11.1. When I uploaded this data to my new store(also 11.1) the following fields are now blank
Last Login / Date Registered / Date Last Order / Last Order Total / Total Amount /Number Of Purchases

Does anyone know how to get the missing data to upload?

The information in those fields cannot be uploaded, they are only filled in when the shopper places an order in the store itself.
The better way to have done this would have been to move the entire database from the old store to the new store. Then the information would have been retained. (Note, in order for that to work you must use the same authfile (or if a new authfile then storeid and serial number must remain the same).
