Is anybody else having issues with the ShopSite Facebook App? We followed the tutorial (http://www.shopsite.com/tutorial/merchandising-facebook-store.html) and when we click on the Modify Facebook Store link, it directs to Facebook but the App doesn't install. Blank page except the Facebook Bar across the top and footer links: ShopSite Store Creator · Report/Contact this App · English (US)
Please advise. Thanks!

Where is your store hosted and what version of ShopSite are you running?

Site is hosted with LexiConn/lexiconn.com. It is ShopSite11 sp1. Site is breadtopia.com, Facebook page is facebook.com/mybreadtopia.

I am not aware of any known issues with the Facebook App and ShopSite version 11 sp1. I would contact LexiConn and have them take a look at your ShopSite store. They are very knowledgeable about ShopSite and they will be able to work closely with our technicians should they have any questions.
