Customer file upload for customized service prod?

I am offering photo editing services on my website and want to allow my customers to upload their files to me from a product page. Can this be done?

There is no built in mechanism in ShopSite to handle uploads from shoppers.

Thank you, Jim, for your answer. Now, since there is no built in mechanism, can it be achieved by writing something in SQL to have a file upload area appear on the product page? Or is it simply not possible to achieve with ShopSite?
