Procedure for moving existing store to new URL

We are moving an existing store URL to a subdomain (worldtradepress.com to store.worldtradepress.com).

We are purchasing the domain transfer from ShopSite, and it appears that we can change the hosting page in the back office, plus the .aa file references, and ShopSite should be good to go. Is there anything else that we need to do?

Outside of ShopSite, I know I'll need to set up the subdomain, change Windows IIS, and deal with the SSL cert.

Any help greatly appreciated.
