Is it possible in Shopsite 10 pro to create a one-step langing page / order page like this one?

No. ShopSite has a separate shopping cart screen and billing /address screen and as far as I know there is no way to combine everything on a single page.

It is interesting that the "Security information" link they have on the page by the Credit Card selection goes to a "page not found"
Doesn't seem like a place I would want to put my Credit Card info.
