Using image on Advanced Ordering Options

Hi. We sell clothing, so I'm using the Advanced Ordering Options, which list all my color/size variations for that SKU. I love all the features, except that I can't get the "image" to work. I have a more info image specified above as always, but then at the advanced option level, for a particular color/size, I select a different image. After I publish, I go to my store, select the color/size that I've specified the different image for and ....nothing.

I've tried looking through your help and can't figure this out. Am I misunderstanding what it's supposed to do? Is it supposed to replace the more info image with the new one, like I'm expecting? If not, what does it do? I've wondered if there's somthing special I need to do in my custom template, but I didn't see anything in your custom template documentation about it. If that's it, is there a shopsite provided template that this works in, so I can grab the code?

Can anyone provide further information on this?

It works for me. here is a page where you can see it functioning (note the store will only be available for a couple of days so don't delay too long in going there.

I took data from a normal demo store and added some random options to the 3/8" drill, a set of bits, a screw, a battery.
I checked the checkbox for Advanced Options and added an image for each of the options. Saved changes on the page and published. I also enabled the Product > Edit Product Layout > Check here to display this product's Ordering Options menu field to get the options to display on the Moreinfo page.


Go to that url and when you click on the options pull down which starts out Select ... you will see the options screws, Battery, bits. If you select one of those options the product image will change appropriately

Yep, it works fine in your demo store. I'll have to compare the code of your store to mine and see what's different I guess. I've done everything in my shopsite product setup that you described. Thanks.

I compared the template this demo store uses to my custom template. I'm using this tag to display the product image:
[-- PRODUCT.MoreInformationGraphic Remove_HTML --]

The shopsite custom template documentation uses this as well.

However, the template the demo store uses is using this for the more info page graphic:
[-- MoreInfoImageRow --]

If I change my custom template to use that instead, it works.
