Updating Product Links via database upload

We have a central DB that is maintained locally. If we change a page's product links and upload the page file, the new links are added to the old.

How can we upload the page changes and completely replace the old product link list.

There is no method to delete links during an upload, they need to be deleted in the backoffice of the store.
