Sales tax not computed for California order

CANCEL!!! NEVER MIND! Customer had entered "9507" as Zip instead of "95207." NOT A SOFTWARE PROBLEM! SORRY!

I live in California. I just noticed an order that came through today for a person in Stockton, CA (Zip 95207), but Sales Tax was not computed. This was accidentally spotted, but I found two other California orders in the last two months that were properly taxed.

I don't think this has been a problem before. Nothing has changed regarding sales tax zip codes. We did, in the last year, change the % to 9.0, but that's the only change.

What tax method are you using, Shopper selected, Tax by Zip, Ava Tax, custom tax api?
If you use that zip code in your shopping cart is tax calculated?
