Spent a great deal of time on the phone with a customer who kept getting an error that the Zip Code entered in the Shopping Cart had changed and he was to return top the cart.
I walked him thru the process of emptying the cart, adding the product, entering in his Ship To Zip code, hitting recalculate, then check-out. He then chose PayPal for payment and proceeded to PayPal. He has multiple credit card accounts on PayPal. He said he chose the card he wanted to use, which completed his shipping address information with the Zip code that matched his entry in the cart. Yet when he submitted the transaction for payment he was brought back to the SS check-out with the error above.
I asked him to be very certain that he had not typed an alpha "O" instead of a zero or had a space before or after the zip code. None of these were found.
Any thoughts?
