Our First Class Mail shipping option disappeared from the shopping cart over the weekend. In the backend, it is clearly enabled in Shipping options just like Priority Mail is, however, it is not appearing in the shopping cart as an option.
I know there was a change to USPS rates on January 2 -- is anyone else having this problem?

USPS made changes to their interface on January 1 that is causing the problem. This problem is not specific to ShopSite but will happen to anyone using the USPS realtime rate quote system. ShopSite is working on a patch to work around the USPS created problem. We are also hoping that USPS will back out the change that they made so a patch won't be necessary.
