10 sp2 - Advanced Order Options - Cascading Menu

I hope there is a simple solution to this issue.

When I select Use Cascading Menus (note menus will only display on More Info pages.) from the Advanced Order Options,

I receive this message on the product page in Internet Explorer. I am using IE 8 if that makes a difference.

"Message from webpage: You must first add this product to the cart and then select the next set of options on that page."

It doesn't happen in Firefox or Chrome.

Any suggestions?

Did you fix this already? I tested the page in FF, Chrome, and IE8 and did not run into any issues adding the product to the cart.

I'm not sure what exactly happened, however it has been resolved today after uninstalling the Bing Toolbar that came with Internet Explorer. Perhaps there is more to it along the lines of conflicting javascript, however, let this serve as a cautionary tale if it happens to someone else.
