Doba Order Completed But With An Error

The customer successfully ordered the Doba item, Credit card charged.

The details of the order in shopsite had this message:

Doba Order Information:
The order item specified cannot be purchased due to insufficient rights.

Can someone explain this? Our account at Doba is valid so it is not that our subscription has expired.
