Seewhy abandonment tracking and cart variable

I am looking to add SeeWhy abandonment tracking to one of our sites to see if its worth paying for the complete conversion email package.
Has anyone else added this code to their site? If so where did you add it? and what code did you add?

I also want to pass the variable ss_ordertotal to the tracking code as well but not sure what syntax to use to do so.
I know it has to go in the cy.Value= line but not sure of the exact syntax.
