Customize ShopSite 403 and 404 error messages

Hello,

We have a client who hosts their domain with us and has ShopSite on it. They wanted to know if it was possible to customize/replace the the ShopSite 403 (Forbidden) and 404 (Not Found) error pages. If so, where are they located in ShopSite? How would you go about customizing them?

ShopSite doesn't have custom 403 and 404 (or any other type of webserver error) messages. This is a webserver function that you can configure either in the webserver config or via custom .htaccess files in the directories you are concerned with.
