Arranging tabs

Is there a way to arrange the tabs on a page and set it so it will carry throughout the entire site?

If you go to www.fishingfranks.com/store you'll see the tabs on the left margin. Home, Lures, Rods, Reels, etc. The order they are in on the home page is the order I would like them to stay in through the entire site. I've arranged them on the Home page by going into "Arrange Items" and numbering them or they just show up in the order the pages are created.

Is there a way to populate this order to the other pages of the site without going to all 260 pages to customize the order by hand?

This could be done by downloading the pages in tab delimited format. Finding the Link Pages field for the main page (index.html and copy that fiield and paste it to all the other pages and then upload the pages again and republish.

So I'm pretty much going to have to hit 260+ pages by hand one way or another.
