Payment Type Dropdown

How do I get the dropdown box asking for payment type in the shopping cart to disappear?

Initially I had several payment types, but as of this today I only have credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover) and PayPal Express which has it's own button.

Before I upgraded to PayPal Express, PayPal was listed with the credit cards, plus I had a couple other options so it made sense to that the dropdown was necessary so ShopSite knew which page to pull up next. Now with PayPal Express having it's own button and the credit cards having their own ShopSite button, it doesn't make sense and causes customer confusion.
